*As of September 03, 2024, Phase 1 has been completed. Construction work for this Phase started sometime in May 2024. American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Leander High School athletic area Modernization project. Renovation Phase 1A includes complete demo and removal of existing building and site flatwork, curb, gutter, and paving per plans. Dry utility electrical scope defined by page E1.0. Scopes of work include: demolition, earthwork, erosion controls, utilities, electrical primary and secondary. **Note: Phases 1B, 1C,1D are not included. The overall project schedule is: Start Work - May 2024 Completion - Aug 2024 All proposers shall take this duration into account and provide adequate manpower.
