KSU - Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Testing, Repair and Maintenance Kennesaw State University seeks to establish a contract(s) with qualified supplier(s) to provide Fire Alarm System Inspections, Testing, Maintenance & Repair Services on Kennesaw and Marietta campuses Objective Contractor is expected to perform inspections, testing, maintenance and repair services to Fixed Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps, Wet Chemical Extinguishing System) Commercial Kitchen Hood), including Clean Agent Extinguishing Systems as specified (on an as needed, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and/or every five years) on KSUs Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses. Contractor to provide all services under the resultant contract in accordance with the Georgia Fire Code, applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, manufacturers recommendations, and other requirements, regulations, codes, ordinances and rulings applicable to the class of work/type of equipment further described in eRFP. Contract Term The initial term of the resultant contract is for one (1) year from the execution date of the contract. KSU shall have four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercised at the sole discretion of KSU.
