POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE HVAC REPLACEMENT AT POLIC TRAINING CENTER BUILDING. Interested parties should contact Amir Mahfoozpour at Amir@suwanee.com or 470-350-1210 to request a bid package or questions regarding the bids no later than Friday, February 9, 2024. A 5% bid bond is required as part of the bid submittal. Work required under the Contract consists of replacing an existing direct expansion custom air handling unit, associated condensing unit and ductwork with a new custom packaged rooftop air conditioning unit and ductwork. The new rooftop unit will include all of the controls and sensors to maintain the optimum environment for an active firing range to operate. Associated work will include new electrical wiring, conduit, and breaker for power and a new non-invasive railing on the roof. Work to dismantle the firing range target system and bullet trap as needed for the project will be procured separately by the owner.
