As of April 11, 2024, this project has yet been awarded. A timeline for award has yet been established. Reference Number 0000339459 This project is for culvert repairs and drain rehabilitation near the intersection of the Meadowbrook Drain (also known as the Rockwell Drain) and Crescent Drive. The scope includes culvert debris removal, concrete pipe and joint repairs, tree removal, clearing & grubbing, earthwork, channel reshaping and bank stabilization as per the project plans and specifications attached herein. Contractor shall work exclusively within the Meadowbrook Drain right of way and the temporary easement limits, as described in the temporary grading easement exhibits, attached herein. Construction shall begin prior to March 19, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Construction shall be completed no later than August 2, 2024. Once construction begins, the Contractor shall complete the project within 40 consecutive calendar days. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or defects, and may accept other than the low bid when deemed in the City's best interest
