Remove railings, decking, lattice, and stairs. 2. Repair, replace, or re-enforce any rotted wood on porch framing. 3. Replace stair stringers, risers, and threads in accordance with current building codes. 4. Install new porch decking and stairs with Aeratis paint ready tongue and groove boards. 5. Construct new porch railings to match existing railings out of cedar. 6. Construct new stair railings and posts to match existing out of cedar. 7. Porch and stair railings must meet current building codes for height and width. 8. Install new lattice and lower trim out of cedar. 9. Prime and paint all surfaces to match current color scheme.
