Renovation of a mixed-use development in Davenport Center, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC 100 Hunt Center, Airport Corporate Park, Horseheads, NY 14845 All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on January 30, 2024.
