The Warren County Development Association is soliciting proposals for final design and architectural services for the Warren Community and Workforce Education Center project to be implemented at 300 Second Avenue, Warren, PA. This project will include general construction, electrical, plumbing and HVAC elements. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and Section 3 firms are encouraged to apply. All work completed under this project shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This project will be financed utilizing Federal Funds provided by Appalachian Regional Commission and administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development as well as funds from the Pennsylvania Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program. Detailed design and supervision of construction services must be conducted to ensure project compliance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. Upon verification of qualifications, WCDA shall provide qualified respondents with formal project scope documents which will include bid delivery and opening information. The assignment of this service may be made to one of the firms responding to this Notice, but the WCDA reserves the right to reject all responses, to cancel the solicitation requested under this Notice and/or to readvertise for this project at its sole discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
