Reference Number 0000339224 The City of Las Cruces is seeking bids from qualified contractors for construction services for a new park in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Inquiries regarding the bid requirements must be in writing and directed to the Purchasing Manager, P.O. Box 20000, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88004, or faxed to (575) 541-2515, or emailed to bidclerk@las-cruces.org. An acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total for the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The undersigned bidder agrees to furnish the required contract performance and payment bonds and to enter into contract for the work within ten (10) days from date of contract award notice issued by the City.
