Reference Number 0000339678 Job Location: Denver, CO Question Acceptance Deadline 01/19/2024 06:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Email for questions: stacy.tino@ahec.edu Community College of Denver (CCD) invites submittals from qualified environmental firms for services associated with the state funded Boulder Creek Health Science Renovation, Phase 1 and 2 project. CCD is seeking an environmental consultant to assist with the remediation in the Boulder Creek building and the surrounding site and soils. The site and soil remediation will be dependent on the new Boulder Creek design and addition for the building. In addition, the Boulder Creek building is owned by AHEC, and CCD occupies the space, so coordination with both entities throughout the duration of the project is required. Finally, there's also a 3,386 SF area in the building that will remain occupied during abatement. A qualified partner must ensure proper assessment, compliance, and safe remediation of these environmental challenges at Boulder Creek. Abatement is anticipated to begin in March of 2025, please refer to Appendix D.
