Restroom/kitchen Renovations SCOPE OF SERVICES The proposal shall be according to the following specifications or an equivalent product or service: Product: Bathroom Project Demo - o Remove existing bathroom cabinets, mirrors, paper and soap dispensers, sinks, toilets, etc. and dispose of debris. New construction - o Prep and paint the walls of bathrooms. o Supply and install two new vanity cabinets. o Supply and install two new mirrors. o Reinstall existing paper and soap dispensers. o Supply and install two solid surface countertops with sinks and faucets (existing faucets may be used). Kitchen Project Demo - o Remove existing kitchen cabinetry, paper and soap dispensers, sink, drains and water supply to ice maker and refrigerator, etc. and dispose of debris. New construction - o Prep and paint the walls of the kitchen. o Supply and install new cabinets and hardware, countertop, stainless steel kitchen sink and faucets. o Supply and install built-in cabinet microwave. o Reinstall existing paper and soap dispensers. o Reinstall drains and water supply to ice maker and refrigerator. o Supply and install new 10' x 24" countertop along north-face wall.
