Sealed lump sum bids for the Spa and Filtration System Replacement at the Streamwood Park District Park Place Family Recreation Center in Partnership with Rush Physical Therapy Bids are invited from qualified general contractors. Contractors must be certified by IDPH. Immediately following this time, The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: select interior demolition and replacement of the existing spa and filtration system at Park Place Family Recreation Center, located within the main pool area. The Streamwood Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. The District has applied for a State Grant that will be awarded to the District dependent upon achieving 18% MBE and 10% WBE for a total of 28% Minimum Participation. The Park District reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder. The Park District will award the Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, as determined by it.
