Purpose: The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform overlay on Road 30 from D Road to E Road. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall as a guaranty of good faith on the part of the Bidder be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty consisting of a certified or cashier's check drawn on an approved national bank or trust company in the state of Colorado and made payable without condition to the City; or a Bid Bond The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids Contract related inquiries, issues, and other communications shall be directed to: Duane Hoff Jr., Contract Administrator duaneh@gjcity.org
