The City of Clermont, Parks and Recreation Department, is accepting bids to purchase and install Pan, Tilt, and Zoom (PTZ) cameras. The units must be new with a full manufacturer's warranty on all components. The successful respondent must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and any other equipment needed to complete the work. The cameras will be installed at the City of Clermont Performing Arts Center at 3700 US Hwy 27, Clermont, Fl 34711 . Any damage done to the area must be repaired immediately by the successful respondent. Video System o Three (3) Marshall PTZ Camera - color: black, model number: CV620-TBI o One (1) Marshall Controller with Joystick - color black, model number: VS-PTC-IP In addition to supplying the PTZ cameras, the successful respondent will also be responsible for the following services: 1. Installation: The successful respondent must provide professional installation services for all PTZ cameras and equipment. This includes proper setup, connection, and testing to ensure proper functionality. 2. Training: The successful respondent must provide training sessions to staff members of the Clermont Performing Arts Center on how to operate and maintain the PTZ cameras and equipment effectively.
