Renovation of a stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
City of Prince George (the "City") invites bids from contractors with the required experience and expertise to upgrade the chiller at the Kopar Memorial Arena as set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT). The City will require the work to be completed by July 12, 2024. This project will require the full demolition and removal of the existing and inefficient shell and tube chiller with the replacement of an existing (2014) and more efficient plate and frame chiller acquired from another City facility. The newer chiller will be modified to suit new interconnecting piping, control valves, PRV stack and relief valve as well as a new pump, electrical upgrades with new controls and commissioning. A new exterior fire rated exit will be installed for demolition and equipment access along with interior LED lighting conversion.
