As of February 29, 2024, project was awarded to Pir Tano Construction Company , awarded amount is $5,631,182.49. JOb No: 201.001008.04 This project is broken down into 4 sets of plans: 1) Cedar Creek Subdivision a) Water Main - The water main portion consists of 3560 of 8 water main replacement, 64 residential services, valves, and hydrants located on Fern Road, Cedar Creek Drive, and Fern Court. The base bid will include horizontal directional drilling the water main, and the alternate bid will be for open cutting. b) Resurfacing - The roadway portion consists of 36,700 SY of pavement milling and resurfacing with curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway apron, patching, adjustments, and miscellaneous storm sewer repair and installation work on streets mentioned in 1a, Berkley Rd, Hidden Creek Rd, Knox Park Rd, Stone Ave, and Thistle Lane. 2) Route 22 Water Main - Consists of 1484 of 12 water main replacement by horizontal directional drilling, valves, hydrants and bore and jack under Fern Road and Creek. The limits of this replacement are on the south side of US Route 22 between Telser Rd and Quentin Rd. 3) Route 12 Water Main - Consists of 1900 of 12 water main replacement by horizontal directional drilling, valves, and hydrants. The limits of this replacement are on the South side of US Route 12 between June Terrace and Deerpath Rd. 4) Golfview Road Resurfacing - Consists of 11,215 SY of pavement milling and resurfacing.
