Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The City of Oshkosh is requesting proposals from firms for the design of Phase II improvements to the City of Oshkosh, GO Transit downtown transit center. Phase II includes site demolition, public toilets, new shelter building, new platform and site improvements and environmental oversight at the downtown transit center. The site and facility are in Oshkosh, WI, Winnebago County. GO Transit will use the expanded facility, and site improvement, to support operations of GO Transit. As of March 4, 2026, construction began in September 2025.
