This project involves the demolition of the existing improvements on 24 tax parcels. The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the demolition of the structures, slabs, foundation walls, pads, driveway, walkways, ornamental vegetation, water well abandonment, and watertight plugging of the existing sanitary sewer lateral, as well as the work associated with site restoration and stabilization activities, including temporary erosion and sedimentation controls. The work included with this project also includes furnishing, placement and compaction of clean fill material to bring the site to grade, furnishing and placement of topsoil, final grading and seeding and mulching all disturbed areas. The work includes removal and proper disposal of demolition debris and rubble. The successful bidder will be responsible to confirm that the utility services to the site have been disconnected and terminated with the various service providers. The project will also include providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete asbestos abatement/removal within the structures and proper disposal of all waste as specified prior to the demolition of the structure.
