Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hamilton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received. The provisions of the Department of Labor's current wage rate determinations and the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act are requirements of this project. Prospective bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Contract Compliance and Affirmative Action for Public Contracts). The work shall be completed within three hundred (300) days of the Notice to Proceed or subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day Packages may also be sent through the mail to the HTMUA at the above address with attention to Executive Director Natalie Chesko but all packages sent through the mail are still subject to the time restriction The work for MASONIC PUMP STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work described in the Specifications and shown in the provided drawings. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $500.00 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above
