Notice is hereby given that Forest Grove School District No. 15 (FGSD) is seeking proposals from qualified providers to obtain competitive offers from qualified Firms (Proposers) interested in the provision of Leased Dark Fiber or High Capacity Ethernet (leased lit fiber) Proposals will address the provision of 1. Leased Dark Fiber or 2. High Capacity Ethernet (leased lit fiber) Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279A, 279B and 279C. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. The FOREST GROVE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 15 (FGSD) reserves the right to cancel the procurement or to reject any and all Proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District to do so.
