Renovation of a medical facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This RFP includes the dish machine purchase and install, the dish room refresh and the kitchen flooring replacement. Construction will require the return of an occupied space to its original state for continuous use during construction. Construction will take place adjacent to operational activities. The project will also include approximately 150 sq ft of abatement work, drywall repairs, stainless steel wall panels and painting. The T-Bar and tile work will need to be re-installed after the dishwasher has been installed, as needed. Demountable partitions can be used to assist in accelerating the project’s delivery. To keep the services of the kitchen ongoing, the kitchen will need to remain open during all construction. Temporary measures for dishwasher availability and cleaning will have to be put into place for when the dishwasher is out of service.
