Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Orchard, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope: Nonmotorized improvements along Pottery Ave including installation of sidewalks, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), buffered bike lanes, and rechannelization. Installation of new drainage structures and conveyance systems. Replacement of existing water main. Installation of new sewer mains and structures. Roadway patching and repair. Project site is located at Pottery Avenue, Sunset Lane to SW Berry Lake Road, Port Orchard, WA 98366. The Engineer's Estimate is $1,860,000.
