**As of March 7, 2024, the project was awarded to LCR Earthwork & Engineering Corp, but the awarded amount is not available.* Reference Number 0000339654 The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to sawcut and remove damaged asphalt and replace it with new hot mix asphalt on local roads as specified in the Technical Specifications. Work on the Project shall be completed within 50 working days. The anticipated award date for this project is February 27, 2024. A Notice of Award will be issued on February 28, 2024. Work shall begin within 10 days after the Notice of Award unless otherwise coordinated with the Town. COST ESTIMATE: $800,000.00 Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Town in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the Town with Payment and Performance Bonds equal to 100% of the Contract Price, prior to execution of the Contract. *The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
