Please know that the Mobile County Public School System would appreciate your quote for the repair or replacement of approximately six (6) hydraulic levelers. The Schmidt-Barton Family Fund is donating up to $1 million in matching funds toward the estimated $5 million in total construction costs. Repair or replace the existing hydraulic dock levelers for approximately six (6) loading docks. 2. List a price to repair the hydraulic dock levelers. Also, list a price to replace the hydraulic dock levelers separately. This will allow MCPSS the option to choose which procedure will be in the best interest of the District. 3. Bidder(s) state if you offer a service contract to service the hydraulic levelers and what is the yearly cost for all six (6) dock levelers. 4. Bidder(s) must state the brand/model of equipment, warranty and delivery time on your bid. 5. Bidder(s) must have an Alabama General Contractors License suitable for this project and will be required to include a copy with your bid and note the number on the outside of the envelope. 6. Submit your bid on company leterhead. 7. This will be a lock and key job.
