Request For Proposal Town Of Castle Valley Will Accept Proposals For Construction Of Two (2) Concrete Low Water Crossings, Installation Of Stream Bank And Stream Bed Protection And Rehabilitation. Site Walkthrough By Appointment Visit to the site is required for bid submittal. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Contract Base Bid Is To Include Price For Both Crossings. Alternate Is To Include Price For Northern Crossing Only. Questions Contact: 435-259-9828 All Pre-bid Questions Must Be Submitted By January 18, 2024, By 5 Pm To Dorjeh@castlevalleyutah.com. This Project Is Funded In Whole Or In Part By A Grant Through The Department Of Housing And Urban Development (Hud) Community Development Block Grant (Cdbg) Program. The Contractor Will Be Required To Comply With All State And Federal Labor Standards And Attendant Laws, Including The Payment Of The Most Current Davis-bacon Wages And Compliance With Section 3 To Provide Employment Opportunities For Lower Income Persons And Small Businesses. Local, Minority And Woman-owned Business Owners Are Encouraged To Bid. The Lowest Responsible Bidder Will Be Selected. The Town Council May Reject Any Or All Bids Submitted.
