The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate the rehabilitation of each Automatic Backwash Filter as detailed within the bid documents. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of Owner.
