The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents to complete a design build for a new combined firehall and grader shop in Cherry Grove, Alberta. The Municipal District of Bonnyville No.87 (M.D.) is located in Alberta’s Northeast region. The project area is approximately 12 Kilometers Southeast of the City of Cold Lake, located at the Northwest corner of the junction at Range Road 412 and Highway 55 (NE10-62-01-W4M). The project shall be designed so that the Cherry Grove Fire Hall and Grader Shop are in a single building (useable area of approximately 8300 square feet), with appropriate separation between the two users. The proposed building shall have no shared areas between the users and must have separate entrance/exit doors. The Fire Hall shall have a kitchen, washroom, and office space. The Grader shop shall contain three bays complete with a records storage room, washroom, and separate industrial wash sink.
