The scope of work consists of upgrade / replacement of deteriorated structural steel support structures and reinforced concrete foundations at six discrete locations along Interstate Route H-1 and H-201(Moanalua Freeway) between Kunia and Kalihi on the Island of Oahu. The scope of work consists of construction of overhead sign structures, sign frames, and drilled shafts; reconstruction of concrete barriers, glare screens; grading; installation of destination sign panels, pavement markings; modifications to the electrical conduits and pullboxes; maintenance and removal of temporary erosion control measures; and traffic control. The six overhead sign structures to be replaced are located on various highway routes on Oahu. These are shown on the Title Sheet of the plans.
