Reference Number 0000262590 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/09 11:00:00 PM EST The work covered in this contract is the complete provision of electrical services on all FBCL property. Under this contract a qualified electrician will be available a minimum of 24 hours from time of request for regular service from April 1, 2024, to March 31st, 2029, in each of the five contract years. There must be a supervisor available, upon request, to this contract that will oversee the day to day activities. The contractor must supply and provide adequate staff to ensure the work is completed on a regular routine basis as outlined in the Scope of Services and detailed specifications. The Contractor's supervisor must audit the work on a daily basis to ensure that the work is done each day as per the specifications. If there is an emergency on site, the contractor must supply a qualified electrician within 2 hours. Comprehensive General Liability insurance on an occurrence basis for an amount not less than five million ($ 5,000,000) dollars. Such insurance shall be extended to cover broad form pollution liability for limits equal to the policy limits of liability.
