The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements - Phase II for Blue Ridge West Municipal Utility District, including but not limited to: demolition of the existing blowers and associated piping, supports, and valves; construction of a new blower pad including pre-engineered metal canopy, three (3) multi-stage centrifugal blowers, and all associated piping, valves, and fittings; the demolition, abandonment, and filling of the existing scum pump station and associated piping; construction of a new six-foot (6') diameter pre-cast concrete scum pump station, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories and all associated coatings, piping, valves, and fittings; demolition of the existing electrical equipment in the existing MCC building, construction of a main service disconnect; automatic transfer switch; CMU building with motor control center; distribution panel at the existing electrical building; scum pump station control panel, terminal boxes, conduit, wire, controls; and all incidental components as shown on the construction drawings and contract documents for a complete and operational system.
