Project scope consists of a mechanical upgrade to an approximately 8,300 square foot courthouse in Lake City. Upgrades include change out of several gas fired furnaces and condensing units, isolated demolition, and new membrane roof system. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Craighead County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
