Site work, paving and renovation of a transportation facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
In order to meet VIA's objective to be a leader in the passenger rail industry by providing a smarter and safer travel experience, VIA plans to proceed with the replacement of existing passenger platforms within the Windsor-Quebec Corridor. Due to its current condition, Cornwall Station platform will be replaced. Precast curb, TWSI and paving installation to be substantially completed by August 30th, 2024 All other work must be substantially completed by September 30th, 2024. General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years' experience. Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their related expertise of work. Tenderer confirms his Tender complies with all requirements, specifications and commits to respect them during the entire project duration.
