Sealed bids for the ATH-UPTOWN AREA IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1 Project, ODOT PID 111668, City Project #329, will be received by the City of Athens, Ohio, at the City Building, 8 East Washington Street, until 1:00 PM on May 20, 2025. At that time and place, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids will be considered valid until sixty (60) days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The Project includes pavement marking updates, lighting improvements, sidewalk improvements, and accessibility improvements in the City of Athens.
