Contract Term: 3 Year Contract Term A non-mandatory conference will be held at the Public Works training room with a tentative visit to North Gila Gravel Pit Two (2) copies of all offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the following information: "Aggregate Crushing" with the company's name, and date/time of bid opening. Bids must be in the possession of the Yuma County Board of Supervisors at the location indicated below on or prior to the time and date specified herein. Late offers will not be considered. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor defects and technicalities, as it may deem best for the interest of the COUNTY.
