Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; theater / auditorium; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of: minor grading, milling and removal of existing asphalt pavement, saw cutting asphalt and concrete, excavation below subgrade, placing base course, hot mix asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and cutter, underdrains/finger drains, storm inlet repair, pavement marking, permanent signing, placing erosion control, site restoration, lighting and other miscellaneous items of work. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $50,000. This project is being let using the single prime bidding and contracting process. DFD will publicly bid the applicable mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP) divisions of work first. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected.
