The Service Provider shall plan, design and construct all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any area directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, documents with the most recent dates shall prevail. This assignment includes work that is in a French Language Services designated area. The Service Provider must comply with all provisions of the French Language Services Act, including but not limited to Third Party Regulation 284/11. This Assignment includes arc flash hazard evaluation and electrical safety assessment for each of the ten (10) facilities in Central Region at the locations listed in Table 1. Final deliverables shall be provided to MTO by September 1, 2024. The policy limit shall be no less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. The coverage under the policy shall be maintained continuously with respect to the performance of any aspect of the Services and Deliverables during the term of this Agreement.
