The successful respondents will enter a Master Services Agreement for a Facilities Multiple Award Contract (FMAC) to provide job order contracting services for minor construction, this includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, landscape, and irrigation, etc. The term of Master Services Agreements (MSA) will be one (1) year with two (2) optional renewals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise for new Proposals or to proceed with the work in any manner as may be considered in the best interest of the City.
