Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each proposal exceeding $50,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond with a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified/cashier's check drawn on an Idaho Bank in an amount not less than five per cent (5%) of the total proposal, made payable to West Ada School District. In the event of the 1303 E. Central Drive, Meridian, ID 83642, Phone: 208- 855-4500, Fax: 208-350-5962 successful proposer's failure to execute the contract, this bid surety may be forfeited to West Ada School District at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 2 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
