The Project Consists of 3780 Sf New Construction Shop Classroom. The Building is a Pre Engineering Metal Building Measuring 50'-0" Wide by 75'-0" Long With 1:12 Gable Roof. Roof is Extending Approximately 12 Feet to Create a Covered Storage Area. Interior Construction Includes Shop Floor Area With Associated Locker /toilet Rooms and Equipment Platform Above. Interior Partitions Are Created With Cmu. The Shop Area is Serviced by Two Large Overhead Doors. Base Bid Work Also Includes Associated Site Grading; Concrete Aprons & Sidewalks and Paved Driveway Access. General Construction Work Includes Major Subcontractors: Site / Utility Work. Plumbing Work. Hvac Work. Electrical Work. Proposals Shall Be Received for a Single Prime Contract for General Construction, Including Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Work. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Drawn on a Bank or Trust Company Insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an Amount Equal to Not Less Than 5% of the Proposal.
