The Michigan State Housing Development Authority ("Authority") is seeking an organization authorized to do business in Michigan to perform Consulting services related to office design and layout to accommodate a hybrid work environment. The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to update our office design and layout. We are looking to create a more modern, functional, and inspiring work environment for our employees. We invite experienced design experts to submit proposals outlining their approach, qualifications, and cost estimates for this project. The selected vendor will be expected to manage the process from design concept to project completion. It is anticipated that a one-year(s) contract may be awarded. The project comprises the redesign of the MSHDA office layout located at 735 E. Michigan Avenue in Lansing, Michigan. The goal is to create an environment that promotes collaboration, productivity, and well-being. The redesigned office space should reflect our organization's identity, support our employees' needs, and incorporate sustainable design practices that are environmentally friendly and support employee productivity and wellbeing.
