Renovation of an educational facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 300,523-square-foot educational facility.

A general description of the work for which proposals are to be received consists of Replacement of the main gym resilient wood floor including new court graphics and vented wall base. New basketball goals to be hung from structure above. Lights are to be replaced and upgraded. Gym doors are to be replaced. Bleacher repair and limited painting is also included. All work shall be in accordance with the Bidding Documents, including the Specifications and the Construction Drawings. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of School Trustees of the Tippecanoe School Corporation, c/o Amanda Brackett, CFO, 21 Elston Road, Lafayette, Indiana 47909, ATTN Harrison High School Main Gym Renovation. Bids shall be completely and properly executed on Bid Form 96 (Revised 2013), as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, giving financial data as recent as possible and in no event more than 90 days old. Each bid shall be accompanied by an executed non-collusion affidavit, an executed bid bond in the minimum amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and such other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. Bid bond may be a certified or cashier's check payable to the Board of School Trustees of the Tippecanoe School Corporation, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, or an acceptable bidder's bond. Should a successful bidder withdraw their bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract, the Owner may then declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
