Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The primary purpose of this project is to complete water system upgrades in the Canyon Lake District and remove the citys pressure reducing valve at the intersection of Canyon Lake Drive and 32nd Street. Also included are sanitary sewer replacements, drainage channel improvements, street intersection re-alignment, and pavement rehabilitation. All proposals shall be made on the forms furnished by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive all informalities and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. Project(s) for bid is/are as follows: Canyon Lake Area Reconstruction Dover Street, 9th Avenue, Cottonwood Street, and 1st Avenue
