Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, supervision, cost of permits and licenses, and management to complete work for complete destruction of weeds and woody vegetation as well as for the disposal of biomass and/or biomass reduction equipment. If mechanical equipment use is impractical or where obstructions preclude their use, hand labor will be the method to accomplish said weed destruction. Additional equipment may be required to control undesirable woody vegetation through mastication, pruning, grinding, or complete removal of target plants as well as subsequent disposal or on-site reduction of biomass. Valley Water reserves the right to make one or more awards as a result of this ITB. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water.
