The contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Pre-cast Concrete Chemical/Paint Storage Building to Buckhorn Lake Maintenance Compound located in Buckhorn, KY in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications. This is a firm fixed price, 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. The basis for award of this delivery order is lowest price. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes are due on Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 1300 local time. Electronic submittals will be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to submittal of a quote. Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. Please begin the registration process immediately in order to avoid delay of the future awards. ALERT: You must submit a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator before your registration will be activated. This requirement now applies to both new and existing entities.
