Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portage, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of March 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The award will be available later this month. Contractor to remove approximately 1260 SF of pavement to install 6" compacted sand and gravel base. Install a 6" reinforced slab at 20 FT wide by 42 FT long with an attached 6 FT by 4 FT drain pad to include 6" thick 6 FT tapering walls. Furnish and install 30 LF of 8" SCH 40 PVC drain pipe and provide a core hole and modular rubber seal or pipe boot for drain pipe to connect to existing structure. Contractor to provide 4 FT wide by 4" depth of 1 1/4 inch compacted gravel at exterior of grit pad except where 20 LF of 6" thick un-reinforced concrete sidewalk with control joints every 5 FT is called for. Site Directions: Project located at Portage Wastewater Treatment Facility.
