The scope of thisd project includes, but is not limited to, the following: demolition and renovation of a laboratory facility. As of January 16, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Flynn Construction invites you to provide a bid proposal for demolition and abatement of three-floors (not counting basement and penthouse floors) of an existing laboratory building abandoned by TFC since 2002, including full building demolition including foundations and basement infill in lifts to restore site to pre-building conditions. The TFC A-100 laboratory building to be demolished is located on the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Campus at 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756. Work is anticipated to begin within 30-90 days and be completed (once started) within 240 days of notice to proceed. The work will be performed in a single mobilization and includes sitework, civil, demolition, abatement, and MEP work as required.
