Purchase of New Football Helmets and Repair and Reconditioning Services for Football Helmets and Shoulder Pads. Question Deadline 01/18/2024 at 2:00 PM PT. The District is seeking a Bidders that brings expertise, process discipline, best industry practices, and industry talent to implement a successful Football Helmet and Shoulder Pad Reconditioning Services, while providing competitive fixed pricing. All prices offered will be firm and fixed for the entire term of this Agreement as specified herein and will be inclusive of all costs, taxes, fees and services required to perform and complete the specified services herein. Any discounts the Bidder desires to provide the District must be stated clearly. Any value-added services for the District will be considered but will not be part of the point evaluation process for the award of this BID. All lots will be awarded in the best interest of the District (one vendor or multiple vendors): Lot 1: New Speed Flex Riddell Helmets (or Equal) all sizes Lot 2: New F7 VTD Collegiate Shutt Helmets (or Equal) all sizes Lot 3: New Youth Shadow XR (youth & adult) Xenith Helmets (or Equal) all sizes Lot 4: Helmet and Shoulder Pad Reconditioning Services Lot 5: Discount of Catalog Pricing (Expense will not exceed the Annual CA Dept. Of Education Bid Threshold) District reserves the right to award this Bid the lowest total lot (section), line item, or total bid, whichever results in the lower overall cost for the District. Recommendation for the Award will go to the apparent responsive and responsible Bidder(s) with the lowest total lot/bid amount. Project Duration 5 years from date of Award (Fixed Pricing for the 5-year term of the Agreement). Bidder must supply a marketing piece describing their Or Equal helmet. This document shall have all the information required by the District to decide if the new helmet submitted for evaluation as an Or Equal does meet all the requirements. The bidder has the option to submit an actual New helmet for evaluation, which will become District's property and it will not be returned to the bidder after the bid closing date.
