Project Description: This project consists of an elevator Modernization for a 6 stop Westinghouse including jack replacement. Prebid Meeting: Will be held at the site first floor elevator lobby. 930 1St Street North at 10:00 a.m. local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend, although not mandatory. Elevator can be viewed during normal hours of operation. Construction Contract Bids will be received for the following Work:
Single prime bid contract for the elevator Modernization and all associated work including electrical, painting, flooring and miscellaneous items.

BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING The Bid, Bid Security and other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed within a sealed opaque envelope which shall be identified with the Project name, and the bidders name and address and shall have marked on the face of the envelope the words "Sealed Bid Enclosed" Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
