All properties built or substantially redeveloped in the City of Houston and Harris County are required to have storm water quality controls. It is required that these devices are inspected monthly and certified annually by a state licensed professional engineer to determine they are working properly and lack of compliance may result in severe penalties. This scope of service includes all related and necessary duties to comply with these requirements, including, but not limited to monthly inspections/maintenance and required annual services for San Jacinto College. B.1 Monthly Inspections: o Inspect storm water quality feature. o Maintain record of inspection. B.2 Monthly Maintenance: Remove any floatables/trash from storm water quality feature and dispose off-site. B.3 Annual Services: o Inspection (perform annual inspection in lieu of monthly inspection) o Certification by registered engineer o Permit with Harris County/City of Houston o Clean and maintain storm water quality feature or provide detailed instructions to designated College representative. o Provide Harris County/City of Houston re
