Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Barstow, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Base bid: Portions of the electrical infrastructure within building 598 are no longer required for the building’s operations or the activities conducted therein. The presence of various unused components clutter the facility and may present potential safety concern(s). Modernizing and re-organizing the building’s infrastructure will enhance the ability to serve and troubleshoot systems and equipment. These updates are also required to modernize the calibration laboratory, meet current workloads and more efficiently meet customer requirements. Option: Remove and replace (1) outdoor medium voltage switch gear S003-12 with an outdoor arc-resistant medium-voltage load interrupter switch gear. Existing switchgear is outdated and replacement parts are unavailable. Replace with equipment rated to meet or exceed existing specification. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $500,000 AND $1,000,000. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 365 calendar days
