Cured-In-Place Pipe Liner (CIPPL) - This work shall consist of installing a Cured-in-Place Pipe Liner (CIPPL) that is inverted into and through existing various pipe sizes (12" to 36"). This work shall include but not limited to reinforced concrete, corrugated metal, and vitrified clay pipes to rehabilitate any structurally and/or functionally deteriorated storm sewer pipes using the trenchless method. The CIPPL shall be inserted through existing structures including but not limited to Type B-inlets, manholes, and bridge abutment walls utilizing a vertical inversion standpipe and hydrostatic pressure. The CIPPL resin shall then be cured in by an approved EPA/DEP material into a hard, impermeable pipe. When cured, the CIPPL shall extend over the entire length of the inversion and shall form a continuous watertight-pipe-within-a-pipe. Any excess water or material must be removed from the stormwater system by the Successful Bidder. No contaminants shall discharge out the stormwater system. This work shall include design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of Temporary Drainage Pipe By-pass System. The by-pass system shall be of adequate capacity to handle the flow. The system shall be designed and maintained in accordance with NJDEP regulations for waterways.
