The County of Burlington seeks bids for the provision of goods/services as per the specifications issued for the solicitation of bids titled. The County is not responsible for any bid not submitted on time. The County is not responsible for any internet or electronic issues that may include, but not be limited to, connection issues, technical difficulties, errors, power outages, etc. The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time), County holidays excluded. All solicitations are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the vendor to check the website for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date. Failure to do so could result in rejection of your bid submission. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: JANUARY 22, 2023 AT 5:00 P.M. (local time). Cured-In-Place Pipe Liner (CIPPL) - This work shall consist of installing a Cured-in-Place Pipe Liner (CIPPL) that is inverted into and through existing various pipe sizes (12" to 36"). This work shall include but not limited to reinforced concrete, corrugated metal, and vitrified clay pipes to rehabilitate any structurally and/or functionally deteriorated storm sewer pipes using the trenchless method. The CIPPL shall be inserted through existing structures including but not limited to Type B-inlets, manholes, and bridge abutment walls utilizing a vertical inversion standpipe and hydrostatic pressure. The CIPPL resin shall then be cured in by an approved EPA/DEP material into a hard, impermeable pipe. When cured, the CIPPL shall extend over the entire length of the inversion and shall form a continuous watertight-pipe-within-a-pipe. Any excess water or material must be removed from the stormwater system by the Successful Bidder. No contaminants shall discharge out the stormwater system. This work shall include design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of Temporary Drainage Pipe By-pass System. The by-pass system shall be of adequate capacity to handle the flow. The system shall be designed and maintained in accordance with NJDEP regulations for waterways.
